1. Returns & Exchanges

1.1 Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Egirldoll. If you're not happy with your item, you can return or exchange it under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Certain items, such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and final sale items, are not eligible for return or exchange.

1.2 Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@kawaiimoristore.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging or equivalent and include the return authorization form.

1.3 Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Egirldoll is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

2. Refunds

2.1 Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Custom-made or personalized items

3. Exchanges

3.1 Conditions

Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different size or color. If you wish to exchange for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

3.2 Process

To exchange an item, follow the same steps as outlined in the Returns & Exchanges section. Please indicate the desired size or color in your return request.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@kawaiimoristore.com. Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
